Lauren Duffield
Private Client Operations Specialist
Lauren is a Bill Pay Specialist at Proficio Capital Partners. She supports clients by managing personal and household bills, reconciling accounts and maintaining financial records. Lauren works closely with the Client Service and Finance teams to ensure seamless, accurate, and efficient financial management for each family.
History
Prior to joining Proficio, Lauren spent 20 years working at Hellman, Jordan Management Co., Inc. as the Operations Manager supporting the firm’s investment team. She oversaw all aspects of investment operations, including trade execution, cash management, client wealth management processes, and detailed financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional client service.
Education
Lauren holds a B.S. in Business & Management from Simmons University.
Outside the Office
Raised in Needham, Massachusetts, Lauren now calls Wrentham home, where she lives with her husband. Outside of the office, she enjoys cooking, cheering on the Patriots, and spending time with family and friends—especially her niece and nephew. She is deeply involved in her church community, where she values fellowship, service, and giving back. Lauren also co-runs a Little Free Library with a friend, promoting literacy and a love of reading in the community.
