Matthew Wosk

Founder, Partner & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Matthew is a founder, partner, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Proficio Capital Partners. Matthew serves on the firm’s investment committee where he splits his time on both public and private investment solutions.   In addition, Matthew serves as the main point of contact for many of Proficio’s largest client families, providing them with guidance on complex financial issues and opportunities.

History

Prior to founding Proficio Capital Partners, Matthew worked at both Goldman Sachs and Credit Suisse for the better part of two decades.   In his last role at Credit Suisse, Matthew was responsible for managing the institutional equity team in Boston.   Matthew has experience in a diverse suite of financial products and strategies ranging from single stock equities, ETFs, indexes, derivatives, prime brokerage, fixed income/credit, trading, and capital market activities.  

Education

Matthew holds a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard Business School and an undergraduate degree in business from the University of Western Ontario.

Outside the Office

Matthew is an active member of the community and non-profit organizations.   Matthew serves on the Board of Advisors for the New England Center for Children (NECC), a school for autism and previously served as the Co-Chair of the Financial Advisory Committee for Combined Jewish Philanthropies (CJP) in Boston.   Most recently, Matthew serves on the Finance Committee for the Gateways Program (a program for special needs children) and founded the “Over Easy For Autism” annual event to raise money for multiple Boston based autism charities.
