Shanna Grant
Client Service Associate
Shanna is a Client Service Associate at Proficio Capital Partners. In her role, Shanna is a critical member of the relationship management team helping to service our families across multiple functions. She is involved in all aspects of the client journey including onboarding, reporting, asset movement and operations, and investor portfolio reviews.
History
Shanna has over eight years of financial services experience. Prior to joining Proficio she was a Wealth Management Client Associate with Merrill Lynch for five years. While at Merrill Lynch, Shanna was responsible for onboarding clients, maintaining client relationships, and processing client requests. Prior to that Shanna held various roles with Bank of America for four years as a Teller, Relationship Banker, and Relationship Manager where she helped improve the financial lives of her clients.
Education
Shanna received her Associates of Liberal Arts from North Shore Community College in Danvers, MA and graduated from Reading Memorial High School in 2014.
Outside the Office
Outside of the office Shanna enjoys attending concerts in Boston, spending time with her dog, Percy, and spending time with her family and friends. She was adopted from China and raised in Reading, MA.
