Veronica Murray
Client Service Associate
Veronica is a Client Service Associate at Proficio Capital Partners. In her role, Veronica is an integral member of the relationship management team helping to service our families across multiple functions. She is involved in all aspects of the client journey including onboarding, reporting, asset movement and operations.
History
Veronica has over three years of international financial operations experience. Prior to joining Proficio, Veronica was the Lead Analyst of the Securities Lending Onboarding Team at the Bank of New York Mellon. She worked with clients in EMEA, APAC, the United States and Canada. Veronica was responsible for maintaining client accounts as well as all aspects of the onboarding and offboarding processes. She was also responsible for upholding compliance and regulatory requirements for domestic and international client transactions.
Education
Veronica holds a Bachelors of Science in Business Information Systems and Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh.
Outside the Office
Veronica was born and raised in Belmont, MA. Veronica recently relocated back to the Boston area from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Outside of the office she enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time with friends and family. Veronica is an active volunteer with Special Olympics Massachusetts and the MSPCA-Angell Medical Center.
